Drinking in the northern lights (Greenlandic coffee)

One evening last weekend, we literally had the chance to drink in the Northern lights… through Greenlandic coffee.

It’s kinda like an Irish coffee with a power kick, the final touch being lighting up a spoonful alcohol (sometimes Grand Marnier, this time Cointreau) and pouring it over the deliciously dangerous mix of coffee, alcohol and whipped cream. You can read more about how to make it on the Visit Greenland website.

Thanks to Claus for this delightful and tasty spectacle (and viewers, sorry for laughing too loud in the video!).
